[Usergroups] ERROR ExtendedPathIndex attempt to unindex...

Getting this error when trying to install any Products in Plone site.

Doesn't happen on newly created Plone site in same Zope Instance.

Zope 2.8.5 Python 2.4.2 Plone 2.1.2

Any help would be great.
