[Plone-UI] how to fix "Not obvious how to edit/publish folder when it has a default page"?

hmm a plone site does not have a /folder_constraintypes_form and I cannot
find settings for this in the control panel either.

so for the above to work this has to be added, which is not a bad idea anyway
as it could reduce the clutter in the 'add' menu
