[Plone-UI] New Plone login process

Can we simply notify an event on each login that has no subscribers by default in the core? That is sufficient to let this be an add-on problem.
I have users that like this feature, but this is a quality of my add-on use-cases (work group folders where users are managed in locally delegated tools), not something necessary in the core.
