[Plone-UI] Display both default item and folder 'new item' menu in the same menu

Following up from the Framework Team side of things. The FWT was uncertain of the usability/utility of this proposal, so they're looking for guidance from the UI team before deciding whether it's something they'd like to add to core. Is this a change that would reduce confusion, both for new and existing users, in a dot-release?
