[Plone-UI] Display both default item and folder 'new item' menu in the same menu

Hey Encolpe,

I was planning on having a look at this but I am currently on holiday
and about to start a road trip.

If you have a deadline for this, it would be good to hear. The UI team
is small and we've only just really started getting organised, so a
bit of patience is still needed :-)
