[Plone-UI] move <div id="portal-searchbox"> below navigation

Hello,

as I am new to plone I don't know how to move the 
 below the navigation. I searched all the system, but couldn't find any
place where to make the change. I suppose its somewhere hardcoded like the
footer.html and so. Any tipps and help are welcome!
