That does look really nice :-)

I'd be careful with space inside the image/link navigator - just make
sure it doesn't get too cramped. Especially with the inline thumbnail
view.

I'd also question whether there's a need to multi-upload images/files
from within TinyMCE. Since you can only insert one link or image at a
time, it's probably less confusing to only upload one and have it be a
single "upload and insert" action.
