[Plone-UI] Developing themes with collective.skinny

Probably another stupid question:

Is it possible to base it (partly) on another skin?

or just "add" the .css files from another skin?

(this is how I have made the subskins-preset themes (that for some  
reason have disappeared from plone.org, will try to add them back)
