[Plone-UI] Upgrade to plone 3, missing TOC + inline editing

I would change skin to "plone default", rename all templates in / 
custom (main_template => xmain_template), check that  
portal_javascript and portal_css has all the entries that the other  
site has.

If nothing works, try copying all the contents from one instance to  
the other
