[Plone-UI] How to implement two level site navigation using ZMI?

Have you tried the webcouturier.dropdownmenu option? Perhaps you could set
it to just one level?

Or, are you talking about something more like this?

http://ilbi.org/ (mouse over the different menu options at the top).
