[Plone-UI] How to implement two level site navigation using ZMI?

/portal_actions/portal_tabs/index_html/manage_propertiesForm is not what I'm
looking for. It simply hides the Home tab which I've already done since the
site logo also leads to Home.

Espen Moe-Nilssen: neteasy.plone.subnavbar seems interesting, I'll check it
out, although I have another idea I want to try as well (it's a piece of
code from the site I linked to above, a site which is maintained by me and
my organization, so I can use it for free).

If successful I'll post for everyone's information!
