[Plone-UI] Expand children itens in Navigation Portlet

I agree this is a coding task and the UI list may not be the right
place. Anyway, I wrote a navigation portlet that I needed for a recent
project which gets close to your request. It also takes care of the
access privileges. If the other options don't fit I could check if I
could polish it so it is generally usable.
