[Plone-UI] kupu, all layers showing. Plone 3.0.5, kupu 1.4.7

We have developed an issue where all of the layers in kupu appear on one
long scrolling page instead of just appearing as required when someone uses
the add item feature (eg add news or add page)

The only change to the site that anyone can think of is when I took some
code out of ploneCustom.css to test something yet on seeing it hadn't worked
i undid the change.

((We have 2 sites affected by the change, the main site and the test site.
One furthur backup site from 2 weeks ago is fine. I am in no position to say
why we can't revert to backup apart from the fact that others must have been
making changes to the site (content and functionality) but am lead to
believe that the only change to the interface was my edit of ploneCustom.))

I have since taken the css from the working site and dropped it into the
broken test site, in fact i have tested the site with the old css, no css
and the css from the backup (all appearing identical as i expected but
replaced for certainty) - the issue remained under all tests.

Kupu is located at one place and is accessed by all three sites (main, test
and backup) backup is fine, main and test show the problem.

Again, the problem here is that kupu displays all of its layers as one long
scrolling page instead of only as required.

This is when we use any add item feature.
