[Plone-UI] hide navTreeCurrentItem from navtree if it is not already part of the navigation list

Hi,

I am customising my navigation tree and would like to hide the files/items
which are currently viewed from the navigation list if they aren't already
part of it. I have deacitivated every item type (besides the folders) in the
navigation config section of the Plone site so that they don't show up which
works great until I visit for example a site I added to the folder or a
folder which I have hidden from the navigation. Then the site/folder name is
added to the navtree as long as I am viewing it. And to make it short I
don't want that. I want my navigation tree not to change while browsing
throught the site.

I have tried to hide it with CSS but then EVERY .navTreeCurrentItem is
hidden.
Then I tried to edit the navigation template but unfortunately I am new to
all this stuff and in addition I have absolutely no experience in
programming so all I produced was crap.

Here is the version I am running:
Plone 2.5.2,
CMF-1.6.2,
Zope (Zope 2.9.6-final, python 2.4.4, linux2),
Five 1.4.2,
Python 2.4.4 (#2, Apr 5 2007, 20:11:18) [GCC 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease)
(Debian 4.1.1-21)],
PIL 1.1.6

I would be very glad if someone can tell me what I have to do.
