[Plone-UI] Reordering viewlets in plone 3

Hi

To reorder the viewlets I followed the tutorial "Reordering and Hiding
Viewlets" step by step several times, but it never showed any changement
(after restarting). Do I have to istall it as new product?
Is there some important explication missing in the tutorial?
It seems that I'm not the only one to have this problem.

Can anyone help me?
