[Plone-UI] problem with browsers

hi

 I have too many problem with browsers when I change the CSS
for example  when I change the size of content view  , firefox show it well
but in IE  BAD !  and when I make the content actions vertical Firefox show
it bad and IE well !  is the only way that we spend much times  to make our
cssS  that show in two browsers well?!
 what is the way?
