[Plone-UI] Nav portlet: only the current top folder

Hm, I'm trying to do the same thing as Matt, but changing the settings in
portal_properties has no effect. Any idea why that might be? I've got my
cache cleared, so I know it's not that... Also, I'm running 2.13 right now,
so maybe that's why??
