[Plone-UI] Getting Plone to WAI-AA...

I suggest the Plone UI developers to use validators on line like Bobby
for accessibility and usability issues or tidy. Actually Plone is not
compliant with the lineguides of WAI WCAG 1.0 level AA.
Today accessibility it's a must and this task would have the maximum
priority in the developement roadmap of Plone: it's strategically
important for Plone.

In Italy for example there's the Stanca Act
(http://www.pubbliaccesso.gov.it/english/index.htm) that requires for
e-gov sites valid XHTML Strict (ItalianSkin satisfies this requirement -
http://plone.org/products/italian-skin-xhtml-strict) and many
requirements for accessibility issues: Plone is not ready at now.
