[Plone-UI] CSS, IE, and lists

Thanks for the help Veda, I took the easy way out and made a table.
I'll revisit this later when I can dive further into CSS - I spent a
little time defining spans, but couldn't make them behave as I wanted
in the minimal time I spent.
