[Plone-UI] Nav portlet: only the current top folder

I've also tried this as a short-term hack, but the code is incomplete -- ie.
it ignores settings in the Navigation Settings such as "do not display
images, links, etc."

Unless you have a better idea, I'll see if my programmer can hack this until
we can upgrade to 2.5.
