[Plone-UI] Search Output - Text Snippet

I'm not sure if this is the proper list but I didn't see another that seemed to
make more sense.

I would like to modify the search output to be more "Google-like" for my site. 
We index a LOT of PDF docs and I would like to display a snippet of the text
that is contained in the TextIndexNG2 index.  My users think this would be very
helpful in letting them know about the document before they retrieve it.

The problem is, I have no idea how to go about pulling that information so that
it can be diplayed under the link to the document.  I have searched the web and
news groups but can't seem to find a similar example.  I have also tried quite a
few variations of TAL scripting but without any luck.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can accomplish this?
