[Plone-testing-team] buildout.jenkins and buildout.plonetest status

I like c.plonetest, especially because hvelarde has maintained it well. Yet, most of those buildouts there are pretty stable, so probably they could also be hosted somewhere else. Depends on the maintainer, I think.
