[Plone-testing-team] Some small changes to mr.roboto

I've done three changes on mr.roboto in order to help visualize information
and release process:

* Whenever you do a commit with a specific tag jenkins is not started so
eric can do push without triggering jenkins

* A view url on mr.roboto http://jenkins.plone.org/roboto/pushs that shows
all the pushs which jobs have been triggered

* A view url on mr.roboto http://jenkins.plone.org/roboto/coredevjobs where
you can see for each coredev job the result for each push ( it needs some
more work to see , but now we can see everything )
