[Plone-testing-team] Fixed robotsuite 1.5.0 to always override robot_output.xml

Hi,

a long time a go I fixed robotsuite to always only append to the
existing robot_output.xml to support Plone Jenkins use case for getting
robot results from multiple bin/test runs into the same test file.

But that ended up to be a bad default, because usually you run only one
bin/test and want clean test results.

I think, this is also the case now with Plone-jenkins.

If you have relied on this feature somewhere, just set environment
variable ROBOTSUITE_APPEND_OUTPUT_XML=1 to prevent robotsuite from
overriding robot_output.xml during seprate bin/test-runs.
