[Plone-testing-team] Robotsuite and robotframework 2.8

FYI

Robot Framework team has recently released robotframework = 2.8rc1. The 
new "minor" version refactors Robot Framework's test runner 
significantly. The new code has been refactored to officially support 
other test runners (executing tests from custom code) and 
programmatically generated tests suites. This also affects 
robotsuite-integration.

Plone 4.3 pins to robotsuite = 1.2.1 and robotframework 2.7.6.

The latest "safe" releases are robotsuite = 1.3.2 and robotframework 2.7.7.

robotsuite 1.3.x will require robotframework < 2.8rc1.

Once robotframework 2.8rc1 is released, I'll release robotsuite 1.5.x, 
which will require robotframework >= 2.8rc1. No new features, but keeps 
everything existing working.
