[Setup] plone authentication using active directory

Hi people

I have intranet designed in plone 4  and on windows server 2008.

I would like to have Sigle Sign On authentication using Active directory.
*             users who are on the local network should be automatically authenticated
*             users accessing through the Internet should receive the authentication request



But I'm facing difficulties to configure plone authentication using Active directory
Can someone help.
