[Setup] Issue with Migration/Moving....

Why do you expect:

"This blob file of course doesn't exist in the blobstorage I copied. How do I correct this? Is it even possible to correct this?"

It should be there, if it was in the original blob storage. Does it exist? Right permissions? Running buildout again might help.
