[Setup] Overriding pinned egg version

do not comment this line, but in your version.cfg define another version 
like 0.6.49 that is that last useable with zc.buildout < 2.2

This should be made in a separated versions cfg file where you define 
your own plugins version and that is defined in the extends of your
