[Setup] Cannot upgrade Site Configuration after upgrading from Plone 4.2.4 to 4.3

Thank you for the reply.
I didn't type it.   Just cut and pasted the output.    If it is a typo in
the PloneformGen package (which was already uninstalled), how can it be
corrected?     Looks like a lot of packages do not get uninstalled cleanly
.....
