[Setup] Can't connect to <ipaddress>:8080 after fresh installation - Ubuntu

It looks like plone isn't running.  Does anyone know which commmand to use to
get it running? 

I typically will use service 'some program' start or /etc/init.d/'some
program'

But I can't seem to find one associated with plone.
