[Setup] linguaplone

Hi 

I am unable to get a language selector (with flags), and I think this is a common problem. So,how do I register the languageselector viewlet ( http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Products.LinguaPlone/4.1.3#frequently-asked-questions )? 

Any ideas?
