[Setup] Where to get started with Plone

I've been frustrated by trying to implement Concrete5 and WordPress CMS based
sites, not really happy with the issues (mostly speed). 

Can anyone suggest good resources to get started/an overview of plone,
perhaps some docs? I've scanned the forums, but don't really see anything
that seems to help.
