[Setup] Upgrade from Plone 4.0.2 to 4.2.4 failed

As far as I can see the problem is the following change in ContentPanels.py

-class ContentPanels(BaseContent):
+
+class ContentPanels(base.ATCTContent):

I have changed this code  and now the migration steps works. 

Installing ContentPanels on a blank Plone hasn't got this problem, only the
existing code during migration.
