[Setup] Removing add-ons

I think I've sorted it. I stumbled across the "manage portlets" screen and
removed the "openid" box. I can now administer the home page properly
without it asking for an openID ID. I THINK things are beginning to make a
bit more sense...
early days though. So, no need to uninstall anything...just manage your
portlets...is that about right?
