[Setup] Problem upgrading GRUF to Plone 4.2

Thanks Gauthier. Just to be clear, are you suggesting:
1.  Export my site's acl_users
2. Create new site and import acl_users exported in 1.
3. Delete my site's acl_users.
4. Migrate my site to Plone 4
5. Export acl_users from new site then import into my site.
