[Setup] Plone-4.2-Unified-Installer fails on Ubuntu 11.04

That might work on very recent Ubuntu. On anything earlier, it will get you
versions of the xml2/xslt libs that won't be adequate for Diazo. This all
would be a lot easier if system libs were reliably up-to-date.
