[Setup] Plone-4.2-Unified-Installer fails on Ubuntu 11.04

Hi,

this worked for me:

sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
sudo easy_install nose
sudo apt-get install libxslt-dev
sudo apt-get install python-dev
sudo easy_install lxml

I don't remember which Ubuntu version I was on while I did this. Shouldn't
make much difference though.
