[Setup] Install of Plone 4.1.5 fails with message: IndexError: list index out of range, Buildout failed. Unable to continue

Hi,

Looking at the install log the build process seems to complete, but the 
"Buildout" process fails with this message:

IndexError: list index out of range,Buildout failed. Unable to continue

I am attempting to install Plone 4.1.5 on a machine running Ubuntu 12.04

What is the next course of action?
