[Setup] Problem upgrading from 4.0.5 to 4.1.3

Hey Maurits,

There is no 'an error was found while displaying a portlet' message on the
page. Also, when using @@manage-portlets there is no use of
"collective.portlet.explore" (I was careful about the uninstalling the
portlet ie. remove the use of it, then in add-on and then from
buildout.cfg).

My solution was not ideal - I made a new page and made it the standard index
page and the deleted the old index page that was giving the problem.

Im facing another problem now with Ploneboard. When "Starting a
conversation, entering Title and Body text and press the save button (blue
disk) I get this error in the log:

Then when trying to see the conversation at the link:

, and Plone says that the page does not exist.

PS I found out that my Ploneboard 3.1 version was not up todate. I changed
to 4.1.3 in find-links in base.cfg and made a "bin/buildout -n" which
updated Ploneboard to 3.2.

I still have the error though and in the add-on it still says:
  
  "Install the intranet workflow definitions for Ploneboard."

There is also a red exclamation mark saying something with:

  "This add-on is upgraded with an old profile version uknown. New profile
version is 1.0. There is no upgrade defined for this add-on."

PS Ive tried to google and found users talking about workflow, especially:

  "Use the base profile from CMFPlacefulWorkflow to avoid nuking the default
workflow chain settings by installing unused workflows." I do not know if
that is the problem.
