[Setup] Plone Add-Ons: Warning about "No upgrade procedure"

This is a transitional effect based on the fact that many
existing add-ons were written at a time when Plone's setup and
plugin framefork (Generic Setup) didn't support this feature yet.

This can safely be ignored,
