[Setup] new hotfix for an old 2.5 windows install

At the base folder called Plone 2 there is additional folders/stuff called
Data Python Xcontroller Zope LICENSE.txt plone.ico postiinstall.log
unins000.dat and unins000.exe

There are no relevant binaries to work with at this location.  This is 2.5. 
My question remains.  Simple.  What is the path to the binaries? 
instance.exe
