[Setup] How to upgrade from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3

Reading other posts, I can see you can change find-links in base.cfg to 

 http://dist.plone.org/release/4.0-latest/

But running buildout does not upgrade the core packages from Plone 4.0.2 ...
so is there an easy way to upgrade ?
