That should be equivalent to the newer quickinstaller uninstall. Either
method wil leave the browserlayer registered, though the change log says it
should cope with that: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/plone.browserlayer. I
don't think there are any other persistent things registered. I suggest you
try it and find out ;)
