[Setup] PloneFormGen does not show in add-ons in Plone 4

I habe successfully installed Plone 4 standalone in Ubuntu 10.04. I need to
use PloneFormGen and believe that I have followed all the steps in
http://plone.org/products/ploneformgen. I have also read and tried the posts
at

I have tried various combinations of the suggestions made there about
pinning the version of plone.app.jquerytools and PloneFormGen with both
PloneFormGen 1.6.0 and 1.7a2. I have stoped the server and rerun buildout on
each change.

Is there something blindingly obvious I might be missing?
