[Setup] Plone 4.0.4: in email user folder name "@" is changed to "-40"

Im using "Use this email as login" in Security but somehow "@" is changed to
"-40" in user folder names in Members (when using WebDAV). I would be happy
if user names where using "@" - its a bit strange to login with cadaver
using "cadaver http://dav.hostname.dk/me-40yahoo.com".

PS Ive set "setenv LC_CTYPE da_DK.UTF-8" in .cshrc and using da_DK.UTF-8 in
the Postgresql database.
