I just made a test with no success this afternoon with Plone-3.3.4 installer.

libxml2-dev is already installed as the following "Recommended
Libraries and Utilities" :

        * libssl (SSL support)
             libssl-dev
        * zlib (GZ compression)
             zlib1g-dev
        * libjpeg (jpeg support)
             libjpeg62-dev
        * readline (Python command-line history)
             libreadline5-dev readline-common
        * libxml2 (used by marshall)
             libxml-dev
        * wv (used to index Word documents)
             wv
        * xpdf (used to index PDFs)
             xpdf

Thanks for your answer
