Well, it worked.

But there is no mention of zcml in the links:

Now I have in the buildout:

eggs += plone.app.ldap
    Products.Poi
    Products.TinyMCE
    collective.plonetruegallery[picasa]

zcml += plone.app.ldap
    collective.plonetruegallery
========================================

And after the buildout truegallery works.
Now I have questions about using truegallery; but I'll start a new thread.
