What do you mean with "database-like"?

If you want to do querys to a relational database, this may help you:
http://docs.zope.org/zope2/zope2book/source/RelationalDatabases.html.

If you want to create a content type to store things, you may use some kind
of folderish type...

I'm not pretty sure of wath are you asking :S
