[Setup] Recommended method for setting up a ZEO buildout in Plone - Windows

Dear friends,
Supposing I am installing Plone 3.2.1 in windows using the "Windows
2000/XP/2003/Vista (Temporarily ships without GUI controller app; use the
3.1.7 release if you need it)" installer, what is the recommended procedure
for setting up a ZEO buildout?
