[Setup] problem when running buildout

I tried to re-install everything (plone ; Zope ; Python ; instance) but i
still have the same problem when running buildout !

I run it by clicking on the icon "buildout" in the
Applications/Plone/zinstance/

In the first case (clicking on the icon)  it returns :

In both case it's not the correct path to buidout...
I didn't set anything about that path and it seems my mac OS X send buildout
there... (Users/juetfran/)
I don't understand !

Anyone can help me ?

My config :

Plone 3.2.2
CMF 2.1.2
Zope (Zope 2.10.7-final, python 2.4.5, darwin)
Python 2.4.5 (#1, Mar 4 2009, 12:29:22) [GCC 4.0.1 (Apple Inc. build 5465)]
PIL 1.1.6
MAC OS X Leopard and plone installed in the following directory :
Applications/Plone/
